Using this script you can show all the databases name and files used (with exception of system dbs). Execute it using master db

select name,physical_name from sys.master_files where database_id > 4

The query will error if multiple data files (e.g. ".ndf" file types) are used in one of the databases.

Here's a version of your query using joins instead of the sub-queries.
